Eran Pietsch
Chief Information Officer
Eran brings two distinct areas of capability to his role in Thorion Energy. The first is his direct experience (spanning more than a decade) of running businesses, particularly in the mining and mining technology industries. Eran is no stranger to the real-world demands of managing a team of people in a complex and dynamic environment with an emphasis on productivity.
The second area of capability derives from Eran’s experience as an independent consultant, a role that flowed from his management experience in the mining industry. Preparing business cases for funding SMEs drew on, and enhanced, his skills in financial modelling and document preparation.
Eran’s skills in business analysis and communication have been called on by clients such as various government departments, the Automotive Holdings Group (at that stage AHG were the fourth largest private company in Australia), the Cavalier Group (the largest home franchisor in Australia) and STA Consulting Engineers (the largest private consulting engineering firm in Australia at the time). Eran also has extensive experience in dealing with clients in Southeast Asia.
Eran holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.
